An 1880s farmhouse by Leanne Ford and Grace Mitchell.
Round Top Farmhouse sits just beyond the fields of Round Top, where the rhythm of the town is shaped by gathering, collecting, and coming back again. Designed by HGTV stars Leanne Ford and Grace Mitchell, the house is an 1880s farmhouse reimagined with a balance of ease and intention—luxury without polish, character without excess.

Why Round Top Farmhouse
Inside, the space is layered with locally sourced antiques, worn wood, soft whites, and practical comforts that feel considered rather than styled. Vintage finds anchor each room, giving the house a sense of place that’s unmistakably Round Top. The mood is relaxed and lived-in, shaped by texture, history, and use.
At the center of the home is a massive round dining table—nearly ten feet long—designed for long meals, shared stories, and full houses. Bedrooms are generous and flexible, bathrooms quiet and restorative, including a solid marble antique tub meant for unwinding after dusty days in the fields.
For shoots, the farmhouse offers honest backdrops and natural flow. For stays, it offers warmth, space, and the pleasure of living among objects with history. Round Top Farmhouse is the first in a growing collection—an open invitation to gather, slow down, and be part of the town that inspired it.
