We keep inquiry and submission information for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and no longer than seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Email Marketing
If you opt in, we may send you occasional emails about new properties, curated collections and seasonal availability. We only send marketing email to people who have actively chosen to receive it, and we confirm every subscription by email before adding anyone to our list.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us at hi@witnesslocations.com. Unsubscribing does not affect our ability to reply to an inquiry you have submitted.
Third-Party Tools
We use third-party services to help operate our platform, including:
- Klaviyo – our email marketing platform, which stores contact details and marketing preferences on servers in the United States
- Google Analytics – to understand how visitors use our site
- Meta – for advertising, measurement and audience matching
- WP Engine – our website hosting provider
These services may collect data subject to their own privacy policies.
Advertising
We advertise on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. We may share a securely hashed version of your email address with Meta so that we can show relevant advertising to people who have already contacted us, and so that we can avoid showingintroductory advertising to people who already know us. Meta cannot use this information to identify you for any other advertiser.

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate our services or as required by law.

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you provide. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we work to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures.
