CURATED SPACES WITH A POINT OF VIEW
Witness Locations was born out of a deep love for space—how it shapes us, reflects us, and holds the stories we live to tell. What started as a single loft in New York’s Flower District has evolved into a curated portfolio of design-forward properties available for production, events, and creative collaborations.

OUR STORY
At Witness Locations, we believe space is more than a backdrop—it’s a medium for storytelling.
With a foundation in creative direction, brand activations, and editorial production, we bring a distinct perspective to how environments shape mood, message, and meaning.
We don’t simply represent properties—we collaborate with owners to prepare each space for creative use, thoughtfully styling and staging to honor its natural character while amplifying its visual impact. Our portfolio includes homes, studios, and retreats selected for their ability to hold a story.
From hillside hideaways to urban brownstones and off-the-map destinations, every space in our network is chosen for its distinct point of view—its ability to evoke emotion, frame narrative, and support meaningful moments. We seek out places with presence, personality, and emotional resonance.
Because when the setting is right, everything else falls into place.
Our Founder
Ani Tzenkova | Founder & Creative Director
Founded by Ani Tzenkova, a creative strategist and cultural connector with a career rooted in storytelling, Witness Locations bridges the worlds of visual culture and real-world environments. The spaces she curates aren’t just backdrops—they’re immersive, intentional settings that inspire ideas, host experiences, and give concepts a place to land.
Ani began her career as the co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of the pioneering online platform Trendland.com, where she spent over a decade curating cultural intelligence across design, fashion, art, and media. Long before “content creation” became a buzzword, she was developing narratives that shaped aesthetic taste and creative discourse online—while building partnerships with leading brands including Sonos, Lexus, CR Fashion Book, Cadillac, and IKEA.
Her transition into physical space was a natural evolution. In her Manhattan loft—later known as Witness Apartment—she began hosting experimental brand activations, artist residencies, and immersive gatherings. That apartment became the first expression of what would evolve into Witness Locations.
With a BFA in Integrated Design from Parsons and a sharp intuition for cultural relevance, Ani continues to explore the intersection of space, story, and experience. Her work connects the dots between design and discovery, digital and physical, brand and environment—bringing depth and soul to every space she touches.
