Strata House

Positioned on a dramatic promontory within the Santa Monica Mountains, the property commands panoramic vistas stretching across the city while maintaining a rare sense of seclusion. The architecture unfolds as a series of layered volumes anchored by stone, timber, and carefully framed sightlines, creating an experience that feels cinematic from arrival to sunset.

Originally envisioned as a contemporary reinvention of a historically significant Bel Air site, Strata House balances bold architectural expression with warmth and livability. Custom walnut millwork, sculptural stone elements, expansive entertaining areas, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions define the interiors, while terraces, landscaped grounds, and elevated vantage points provide a striking backdrop for gatherings and visual storytelling.

The estate is exceptionally suited for luxury productions, editorial campaigns, automotive launches, fashion content, executive retreats, private dinners, and invitation-only events seeking an environment of architectural distinction. The property’s combination of scale, privacy, and commanding views offers an extraordinary canvas for brands looking to create memorable experiences and imagery.

Whether capturing a global campaign, hosting an intimate gathering, or staging a high-profile activation, Strata House delivers a setting that is unmistakably Los Angeles—elevated, sophisticated, and architecturally significant.
