Leanne Ford: A Design Legacy, Now Accessible
Leanne Ford has built more than a recognizable aesthetic. She has built a design language — tonal, textural, and emotionally expressive. Her spaces are layered rather than sparse. Monochromatic, but never flat. Structured, yet deeply human. Through Restored by the Fords and her widely embraced collections with Crate & Barrel, her point of view reached a broad audience. Retail made the aesthetic attainable. But ownership of an object is not the same as inhabiting the architecture of the idea.
For the first time, Witness Locations represents a portfolio of Leanne Ford properties across California, Texas, and Pennsylvania — available for productions, stays, and in one case, acquisition. This is where the aesthetic becomes inhabitable.

SUNSET ATELIER
Venice, California
A sculptural compound defined by sun-washed plaster, 14-foot ceilings, wide-plank oak floors, and a courtyard anchored by a heated saltwater pool. The layout functions as a creative campus: main residence, guest ADU, and dedicated artist studio. Indoor-outdoor transitions are seamless. The scale is generous without excess. Every surface carries intention.
Available for photo and film productions, extended stays, and currently offered for sale.

Round top Farmhouse
Round Top, Texas
Whitewashed structures, expansive porches, and barn doors opening to sky. The palette remains tonal while the atmosphere builds in layers — raw beams, softened plaster, restrained furnishings, and the quiet drama of negative space. This is not styled minimalism. It is material-forward restraint with presence. Ideal for editorial campaigns, fashion, retreats, and immersive creative stays.

Leftovers Farmhouse
Round Top, Texas
A companion property rooted in texture and history. Post-and-beam construction meets Ford’s controlled tonal layering. Outdoor sheds, open landscape, and lived-in compositional moments create a setting that feels discovered rather than constructed.
A powerful backdrop for stylized shoots and experiential gatherings.

Loveland
Sewickley, Pennsylvania
Cinematic and grounded, Loveland reflects the deeper lineage of her work. Muted palette, intentional aging of materials, and rooms that unfold in rhythm rather than symmetry. Nothing is over-polished. Everything feels resolved.
A location suited for narrative-driven productions and extended creative stays.
